1st Step

Well where do I begin I am a proud mommy to a 7 month old baby girl! But it seems like I am having problems like most women after they have a baby. They are trying to figure out how to shed the extra pounds. For me gaining the weight was depressing because I was in full workout, live fit, and live healthy going on. So when I found out I was pregnant I was excited about a new life. I was just super depressed that the body I worked on is going to be altered. Since the baby I have been super busy and hard to get back on my diet plan and my workout plan. Well maybe that's my excuse. I don't know. Sometimes I fell like i am full of excuses these days. But My excuses are done! I took a picture of myself and I hated the way I looked and that was the cherry on top of my Sundae. lol I am done with living this fat life! So I am starting with my 1st step is cutting out fast food! I really need to control my intake of meat. So I am slowly going to work my way into a vegan life style. When I mean slowly I mean slowly!!!! The reason why I am doing it this way is because I don't have a steady partner to workout with. So I am turning to everyone out there that needs a buddy!
